The Reluctant Family Liaison Officer
An accelerated class to help manage the human aspect of incidents with compassionate objectivity. This is an introduction to managing those associated with an incident but not necessarily the focus. The class will help you lay the groundwork for transferring responsibilities to a Family Liaison Officer or Investigator. Online and in person. Supported by laminated prompt card (available in packs of ten).

FLO 2.0 (In-Person)
A refresher program for experienced practitioners or for attendees at FLO1.0. Using scenarios and case studies the program considers lessons to learn from other incidents. Participants discuss scenarios and practice the skills of working within the ICS, and facilitating discussions with the family.
